Convex and Concave Soft Sets and Some Properties
In this study, after given the definition of soft sets and their basic
operations we define convex soft sets which is an important concept for
operation research, optimization and related problems. Then, we define concave
soft sets and give some properties for the concave sets. For these, we will use
definition and properties of convex-concave fuzzy sets in literature. We also
give different some properties for the convex and concave soft sets
Relations on FP-Soft Sets Applied to Decision Making Problems
In this work, we first define relations on the fuzzy parametrized soft sets
and study their properties. We also give a decision making method based on
these relations. In approximate reasoning, relations on the fuzzy parametrized
soft sets have shown to be of a primordial importance. Finally, the method is
successfully applied to a problems that contain uncertainties.Comment: soft application
Some operators with IVGSVTrN-numbers and their applications to multiple criteria group decision making
Interval valued generalized single valued neutrosophic trapezoidal number (IVGSVTrN-number), which permits the membership degrees of an element to a set expressed with intervals rather than exact numbers, is considered to be very useful to describe uncertain information for analyzing multiple criteria decision making (MCDM) problems. In this paper, we firstly introduced the concept of IVGSVTrN-number with some operations based on neutrosophic number. Then, we presented some aggregation and geometric operators. Finally, we developed a approaches for multiple criteria group decision making problems based on the proposed operators and we applied the method to a numerical example to illustrate proposed approach
Similarity measures of bipolar neutrosophic sets and their application to multiple criteria decision making
In this paper, we introduced some similarity measures for bipolar neutrosophic sets such as; Dice similarity measure, weighted Dice similarity measure, Hybrid vector similarity measure and weighted Hybrid vector similarity measure. Also we examine the propositions of the similarity measures. Furthermore, a multi-criteria decision-making method for bipolar neutrosophic set is developed based on these given similarity measures. Then, a practical example is shown to verify the feasibility of the new method. Finally, we compare the proposed method with the existing methods in order to demonstrate the practicality and effectiveness of the developed method in
